PilotPrep
Practice checkride orals with an AI examiner that asks follow-ups

About PilotPrep
PilotPrep is built for student pilots preparing for the PPL, IFR and CPL checkride oral exams, as well as independent CFIs and small flight schools that train them. Instead of only testing whether you know the answer, it drills the follow-up questions a Designated Pilot Examiner is likely to ask, by voice or by text, so defending your answers feels routine before test day.
Each practice session ends with a report scored against the current ACS, showing area-by-area results, strengths, weak spots and what to study next. Students can share that report with their instructor. A separate Study Sessions tutor walks through weak ACS areas one-on-one before a student attempts a mock oral.
The product is sold as a one-time payment per checkride with unlimited mock orals until you pass, and it offers three free sessions to start. Instructors can invite students and view readiness, and schools can buy an annual license. The site notes that it is a study aid and not a substitute for instruction or the ACS.
