QuikAuthor is a course authoring platform for small businesses, HR and operations teams, consultants, freelance trainers and educators who want to build short training without an instructional design background. Users upload a policy, handbook, PDF, Word document or video recording, and the AI builds a course from it, quizzes included. They can also describe what they need and start from scratch.
Courses can include games, branching scenarios and confidence checks, and are designed as brief lessons that work on mobile. Training is assigned by email or link, so learners have nothing to install. Managers can follow progress, pass rates and individual question responses, and keep completion records ready for audits or HR reviews. Courses can be exported as SCORM 1.2 and 2004 or published to the web.
