About Atrium.Earth

Atrium.Earth is an online sculpture museum for art lovers, students and curious visitors who want to study three-dimensional works up close. Visitors can turn each piece in 3D, place it in their own space through augmented reality on a phone, or step around it in virtual reality.

The collection holds 2000 works, organized into six wings by region, from Egypt and the Ancient Near East to Greece and Rome, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas and Oceania. Guided exhibitions such as Bodies in Motion, Sacred Forms and What Survives offer themed paths through the collection, and side-by-side comparisons show how two works relate. A random selection feature offers another way to browse.

Size information is handled with care. Every AR and VR model is labeled as having verified, approximate or unknown dimensions, so users know whether a piece appears at a reviewed real-world scale or an adjustable display size. Cast measurements are labeled as such, and a newest additions section highlights recent arrivals.
