These terms apply to your use of launchator.com, operated by Launchator, Amanora Park Town, Pune 411028, India. By using the site you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what you do with it. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Listing a product

• You may only list products you own or are authorised to represent.
• Listings must meet the requirements shown during submission. We may review, edit for clarity, hide or remove any listing.
• We do not list sites whose main purpose involves adult content, gambling, illegal goods or services, malware, scams, hate or harassment, or custom services such as agencies.
• You give us permission to display your product's name, logo, screenshots and description on Launchator and in our promotion of the site.
• Featured placements and rankings are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Messages and upvotes

Messages to founders must be genuine. Don't send spam, sales pitches, abuse or anything unlawful. Upvote fairly: vote manipulation, fake accounts and vote trading may lead to removal. Founders decide whether messages about their product become public.

Content

You keep ownership of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Product information on Launchator is provided by founders or generated from their public websites; we don't endorse any product and aren't responsible for third-party sites.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of listings, rankings, traffic or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
