IEP Progress is a web app for special education teachers, case managers and speech-language pathologists who need to write quarterly IEP progress reports. It keeps student goal data, progress charts and the written narrative in one place, so the time spent on paperwork shrinks while the teacher remains the expert.

The tool logs quick scores or trial counters after each session and updates a chart with goal and trend lines, which makes it easier to see who is off track before a reporting deadline. An AI writer turns session notes into an objective, data-based narrative, drafts SMART annual goals with benchmarks and supports, and produces a jargon-free parent summary that can be exported as a one-page PDF.

It also includes a deadline timeline with reminders, a per-student meeting checklist and an accommodations library. Users copy the finished text into their district system, such as Frontline or PowerSchool. A free plan is available, with paid Pro plans for unlimited AI drafts and student profiles.
