Weekrota
Work rota software and free rota tools for UK employers
About Weekrota
Weekrota is built for small UK employers with five to eighty people on shifts who write a weekly rota, change it when someone calls in sick, and need to cost it for payroll. It suits owners and managers who already have payroll handled and want one thing kept properly: who is working which shift, what it costs and what changed.
The site offers two free worksheets with no account or trial. One lays out a week of shifts, totals the rota hours, shows hours per person and the cost at an hourly rate, and compares that against contracted hours. The other converts a salaried wage into an hourly rate with employer on-costs and a day rate, and prices the rota week.
The paid plan, Weekrota Pro, is a single flat monthly price for the whole team and keeps the people, rates, contracted hours, swaps and weekly rotas on record so totals update when a shift moves. It is not a clocking-in, leave or full HR suite, and the site is clear about that.
