Forty PDF
Arrange, redact and export PDFs before sharing them

About Forty PDF
Forty PDF is a browser workspace for preparing PDF documents before they go to someone else. It is aimed at people who need to send a file to a client, recruiter or colleague and want to remove private details first. You can combine several PDFs into one file, or keep each source separate in a prepared bundle.
The workflow has three steps: arrange the pages, redact text by searching for it or drawing over areas, then review every page and export. The export option produces an image-only PDF, which strips searchable text, links, forms, attachments and original metadata. The site states that files stay on your device and are not uploaded.
What sets it apart is the focus on handoffs. Saved delivery setups can be reused for recurring reports or different recipient copies, so repeat sends do not need to be rebuilt from scratch. The site also reminds users to check visible information carefully before sending.
