It takes uploaded contracts, or contracts pulled from email, and extracts key terms, pricing, clauses and renewal dates into one renewal calendar.

The product aims to surface the quiet notice windows that often pass without anyone noticing, and to show ownership, usage and timing side by side. Teams can use the resulting alerts and negotiation briefs with benchmark context to prepare before a vendor renews on its own terms, and can track entitlements to cut unused seats.

Venduris is sold as a monthly subscription priced by the number of vendors in a portfolio, with onboarding included and contracts exportable at any time. It starts with a booked call rather than self-serve signup, so teams can review their upcoming renewals with the founder first.
