About HoldingsIntel

HoldingsIntel is a research tool for investors who want to see what the most successful hedge funds, corporate insiders, activist investors and members of Congress are buying. It draws on SEC EDGAR filings and House and Senate disclosures, covering 563 funds and thousands of congressional trades.

Each stock gets a convergence score showing how strongly the four groups agree, and every fund position gets a conviction score from 0 to 100 based on portfolio weight, how hard the fund moved that quarter, and the dollars behind it. Screens flag funds that added shares while the price fell, and Congress trades are graded against the S&P 500. The site also publishes a backtest of its conviction scores on past filings.

The site offers a free tier with no card required, plus paid analytics plans. It also publishes a 13F calendar, guides, a glossary and comparisons with other 13F trackers. It states that it does not provide investment advice.
