Extraiga is built for people who need data from a pile of paper or image files without typing it all by hand. You list the fields you want, such as date, vendor or amount, then add files or snap a photo of a page. Each file becomes one row in a spreadsheet you can download.

The tool accepts images, PDFs and TIFF files up to 20 MB and is pitched at handwritten forms, invoices and receipts. Because the field list is free-form, it can adapt to whatever layout your documents use rather than requiring a fixed template.

The site says original pages are kept for 30 days so you can check the extraction, after which they are deleted. Users are encouraged to download the sheet to keep their work. The service is positioned as a simple route from messy documents to a usable spreadsheet.
