StubCSV is built for renters, borrowers, freelancers and bookkeepers who need income figures in a spreadsheet without retyping them. Upload a text-based pay stub, W-2 or 1099-NEC PDF and the tool pulls out the employer, pay period, gross and net pay, taxes and deductions, then produces a clean CSV you can preview before downloading.
The site stresses privacy. Files are read into server memory, parsed and discarded once the response is sent, with no disk writes or file storage, and Social Security numbers and recipient TINs are returned masked. Each tool needs no signup, and the free plan allows two conversions a day, with a paid one-time pack or an unlimited monthly subscription for heavier use.
Scanned images and photos are not supported yet, since the tool only reads PDFs with a text layer. Output opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, and the site lists guides for common payroll providers such as ADP, Gusto and Paychex.
