StatementPilot is built for accountants, bookkeepers, lenders and other people who regularly work with bank and credit card statements. Users upload a PDF, scan or phone photo of a statement, and the tool extracts every transaction into a reviewable table.
What sets it apart is the reconciliation step before export. Each statement is checked against its opening and closing balance, running balances and printed totals, and any mismatch is highlighted so problems are caught before the file reaches accounting software. Scanned pages are read with OCR, and the site says no per-bank templates are needed.
Outputs include Excel, CSV, QBO, OFX, QIF and QuickBooks or Xero-ready CSV files. A free plan covers 20 pages a month, with paid plans for higher page volumes.
