Smart Record is record management software for businesses that still keep paperwork on paper. It is aimed at teams that need structured, traceable records and want to move away from manual filing. Users build templates with a drag-and-drop form creator, import content from Excel or start from a pre-built library, and then add conditional rules and validation so records are complete before they are saved.
Once records are in the system, the software handles the rest of the lifecycle.
