QuoteStudio is a quoting, project tracking and invoicing tool for freelancers and small studios. It connects the whole process in a single loop: a quote priced by milestone, client approval, delivery tracking and then an invoice for each milestone, so nothing has to be typed in twice.

Clients never create an account. They receive a branded link where they can approve a quote, request changes or flag specific tasks on an invoice. Once a quote is approved, the project, its milestones and its tasks are created automatically with the same figures. Deposits and discounts are applied as credit to the correct invoice, which keeps totals consistent. If a client disagrees, they can mark the tasks they are unhappy with and suggest a fair value, and the freelancer can accept, counter or re-deliver.

Quotes and invoices carry the user's own logo, colors and payment details. A dashboard shows value, invoiced, paid and outstanding amounts. A free plan covers three projects, with paid plans removing the project limit and the Powered by label.
