About MailSynth

MailSynth is a Gmail assistant built for people with ADHD who find their inbox hard to keep up with. Instead of a new app to learn, it works inside ordinary Gmail labels. An assistant called Ada reviews your inbox, proposes a labeling and priority system, and then sorts and archives mail every day so the system keeps running without manual upkeep.

Each morning a daily digest surfaces the messages that matter, such as bills and appointments, while newsletters and promotions are summarized or archived on a schedule you approve. You can change the setup by replying in plain English. Archived mail is never deleted and remains searchable in Gmail.

What sets it apart is its focus on maintenance: the system is meant to run itself rather than become another set of folders to neglect. The product is priced at a monthly fee per inbox after a 14-day free trial, and the company states it does not sell user data or use it to train AI models.
