LineItemCSV is built for freelancers, bookkeepers and small business owners who need invoice data in a spreadsheet without retyping it. It reads the text layer of invoice and bill PDFs and rebuilds the line item table, pulling out the date, invoice number, vendor, descriptions, quantities, unit prices, amounts, tax and totals.

Each line item becomes a row, with invoice-level details repeated on every row so the output can be filtered, pivoted or imported into QuickBooks, Xero, Excel or Google Sheets. After extraction, the tool adds up the lines and compares the result with the invoice total, flagging files that do not reconcile before import. Up to 25 PDFs can be batched into one combined file.

What sets it apart is privacy: the PDFs are parsed with pdf.js inside the browser tab, so documents are never uploaded or stored. Three conversions are free, samples are always free, and paid options are a 50-conversion pack or an unlimited monthly plan.
