Invoiceize is a free online invoice generator for freelancers, hourly workers, consultants and contractors who send a handful of invoices each month and do not want accounting software. The form sits on the left and a finished invoice renders on the right, so every change shows up as you type. Clicking any text on the invoice lets you edit it in place.

The tool calculates line totals, subtotals and balance due, and it supports tax, discounts, shipping and amounts already paid. You can choose from Classic, Modern and Minimal layouts, pick a brand color and heading font, and upload a logo. A Brand Kit stores your business details and payment information so new invoices start filled in.

No account is required. Drafts save automatically in the browser, and the PDF download carries no watermark. The same editor also produces quotes and receipts, which suits the full job from estimate to payment.
