About Haven

Haven is a home maintenance app for homeowners who want to stay ahead of costly repairs. You snap a photo of an appliance, and Haven identifies the model and builds a care plan with the upkeep it needs. Each home item is filed with its model numbers, receipts, manuals and warranties, so the paperwork lives next to the thing it belongs to.

The reminders are built to persist. Overdue jobs stay at the top of the list until they are checked off, and finishing one schedules the next occurrence. Filters and batteries are linked to the parts they fit, with stock counts and a reorder link, so you know what to buy before you run out.

Haven also includes Clark, an assistant that knows what you own, what is due and which part a job needs. You can ask questions in plain language or tell it to mark a task done. Plans are free for one home, with paid tiers for more properties and items.
