Dispatchzo is a field service scheduling and dispatch tool for owners and office managers of service businesses with a handful of technicians. It is aimed at teams that currently dispatch from a whiteboard, a spreadsheet or a phone call, and that struggle to say what tomorrow's schedule will look like.

The product keeps a single board showing each job, the technician assigned to it, the time window promised to the customer, and the work order, estimate and invoice the job produces. The site also offers three free worksheets that price rescheduling churn, travel time and maintenance agreements, with no account required.

The pitch is a flat monthly price for the whole team rather than a per-technician fee, and an explicit recommendation that businesses needing parts inventory, payroll and customer portals should choose a full trade suite instead.
