About ClickTerm
ClickTerm is built for product and legal teams that need proof of agreement to terms of service, privacy policies, EULAs and similar documents. It adds a clickwrap acceptance dialog to web, mobile and command-line apps through SDKs and a REST API, then stores each acceptance with the user, version, IP, device and timestamp.
What sets it apart, according to the site, is the signed Certificate of Acceptance returned for every user, with PAdES digital signatures and records encrypted at rest and in transit. Legal teams can update terms from the dashboard and trigger reacceptance flows for returning users without a developer ticket. Data is hosted in the EU under GDPR.
The free plan includes up to 500 events a month, and paid tiers use usage-based pricing. Teams that would otherwise build consent tracking in-house can start with the free tier and integrate in a few lines of code.
