About Clearquire

Clearquire is a free invoice and quote generator for freelancers and small businesses who want a professional PDF without creating an account. Everything is built locally in the browser, so seller details, client details, line items, prices, notes and logos are never uploaded or stored on a server.

The tool lets you switch between invoice and quote document types, add line items with optional percentage or fixed discounts and tax rates, and choose a currency, with GBP as the default and a range of others available. Totals are rounded to the currency's minor units and the calculation basis is shown beside the form. You can pick one of two printable A4 templates, Minimal or Modern, with an accent colour and a logo processed on your device.

What sets it apart is the privacy-first approach: no sign-up, no uploads and no stored documents. You download the PDF and send it yourself, since Clearquire does not email invoices, take payments or keep a client list. It does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
