Cenno is an expense tracker for iPhone and iPad aimed at people who want to record everyday spending without creating an account, linking a bank or seeing ads. Entries are stored on the device, and a ledger can be exported for free at any time.
The app offers quick entry with amount expressions, one-tap templates, budgets with a daily allowance that rolls over into the next month, and net worth tracking with manual reconciliation instead of a bank login. A playful piggy bank feature logs money saved by skipping a takeaway, with no real payments involved. Optional iCloud sync keeps the same ledger on both iPhone and iPad through the user's own iCloud container, and it is off by default.
The free tier covers the full ledger, budgets, accounts and export. An optional Pro upgrade, sold as a yearly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase, adds statement import, multiple ledgers, advanced reports, recurring records and widgets.
