Calm Your Inbox

About Calm Your Inbox

Calm Your Inbox is an email tool for people who feel worn down by a crowded inbox and want to tidy it without a major overhaul. It works in short sessions of a few minutes, so users can make progress each day and finish without chasing inbox zero.

The product starts with your most recent senders, so there is no need to decide where to begin. Email is sorted into types such as subscriptions, regular mail, auto-generated messages, conversations and calendar updates, and progress is tracked so users can see how small sessions add up over time.

The site stresses privacy, saying it does not store, share or sell email data and that users can revoke access at any time. There are no complex rules or full reorganizations to set up.
