About BillMyWeek
BillMyWeek is a weekly invoicing tool for UK self-employed people paid by the day or hour, such as labourers, subcontractors under the Construction Industry Scheme, and agency workers invoicing as sole traders. It is built for clients and agencies that pay the same pattern of days each week.
The app fills in the last full week or month one row per day at your day rate, with overtime, Saturday and Sunday rates applied by default and adjustable. CIS deductions come off labour only, materials can be added, and VAT and the construction reverse charge are included. Copy last week lets you start from your latest invoice and change only what is different.
Invoices can be emailed as a PDF with optional reminders for overdue payments, or downloaded as PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or PNG. It is not accounting software and does not file VAT or CIS returns or take card payments. It offers a 14-day free trial, then paid plans.
