About BillFast
BillFast is an invoicing tool built for freelancers and solo businesses who want to bill clients quickly without wading through heavy accounting software. You fill in the essential invoice details, preview the result live, and download a PDF in under a minute.
The product deliberately leaves out the extras many invoicing suites bundle in, such as CRM features, payroll and inventory, so the focus stays on creating and sending invoices. Drafts are kept in the browser, and the site notes that no account is required for the MVP.
The free plan lets you create and preview invoices with up to three PDF downloads, which carry a BillFast watermark. A Pro plan at £7 per month removes the limit and the watermark on client-facing PDFs. The site also includes a short freelancer guide on agreeing payment terms and following up on overdue invoices.
