WidgIq is built for website owners who want to answer visitor questions without staffing a live chat. Adding the assistant takes a single script tag, and it replies using content from the site and any documents the owner uploads. Visitors can rate responses, and the owner can review weak answers in the dashboard and update the knowledge base there.

When the assistant cannot help, it offers a contact form button inside the chat, so questions turn into enquiries rather than dead ends. The dashboard also shows request counts, frequently asked questions and a weekly AI analysis of visitor questions. Several sites can be managed from one account, each with its own knowledge base and API key.
