oChats is a CRM and live chat tool built for teams that run sales and support through WhatsApp and other messaging channels. It is aimed at sales teams, support staff and business owners who currently juggle shared phones, WhatsApp Web scans and copied chat logs.

The product gathers conversations from multiple channels into one shared inbox that several agents can use from their own devices, with messages routed from a single WhatsApp Business number. Contacts are merged across apps, conversation history stays with the company, and workflow automation handles autoreplies, menu-based chatbots, tagging and lead qualification. Broadcasts and campaigns can be sent through the official WhatsApp Cloud API, and a supervisor dashboard reports on team and conversation performance.

According to the site, oChats differs from bolt-on chat plugins by being designed around WhatsApp from the start and by avoiding unofficial API workarounds that risk account bans. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are also offered, and data is hosted on AWS with encryption.
