You enter your website address and the assistant learns from your key pages and any files you add, such as price lists, menus or FAQs. When a visitor leaves a name, phone number or email, Assistly saves the lead and emails you a link to the conversation. You can take over any chat with one tap, and the assistant says so and asks for contact details when it doesn't know an answer. The product also offers a WhatsApp option that uses the same knowledge base, with all chats kept in one inbox.

The site lists a free plan along with paid tiers that add more chats, pages and integrations. Assistly also includes a marketing planning tool that drafts a 30 day plan and ad copy from a few questions about your business.
