Ticketping is a support ticketing tool for small teams that already live in Slack. Chat widget messages, emails sent to a support address and form submissions arrive as Slack threads, so teammates can reply and bring in colleagues with @mentions without switching tabs.
AI can answer routine questions and hand nuanced tickets to a human in Slack. AI is optional and can be turned off, leaving plain human-to-human support. The admin dashboard tracks tickets, team members and integrations.
