TalentSprout is an AI recruiting platform for recruiters who need to screen large volumes of candidates. Instead of scheduling a first-round call for each applicant, a recruiter sends a smart interview link, and an AI interviewer conducts a structured voice-based screening conversation in real time.
The AI asks custom questions, follows up on answers and scores each candidate on communication, domain expertise, problem-solving, cultural fit and professionalism. Recruiters receive a scorecard and summary of strengths and areas to improve, and can start from a template or build their own questions and criteria. Interviews are offered in more than 50 languages and are available around the clock.
