Applisights is a free applicant tracking system for founders and small teams who want to hire without spending their evenings on resumes. A single job post is distributed to more than 25,000 job sites, including major boards like Indeed and LinkedIn, and every application is scored against criteria the hiring manager defines for that role.

The pipeline puts all applicants for all jobs in one place. Candidates can be bulk uploaded and scored, and batches can receive one personalized email from a saved template. Follow-up email sequences are sent from the user's own Gmail and stop automatically when a candidate changes stage, and invites go out through the user's own Google Calendar. Analytics show the hiring funnel, time in each stage and which sources send the strongest matches.

What sets it apart is application integrity checking. Each application is checked across several signals for bot-like behavior, duplicate resume files, hidden text and keyword stuffing. Each flag explains what was found and what innocent explanation could cause it. Nothing is auto-rejected, so the hiring team decides after speaking with the candidate.
