About HireVue Practice

HireVue Practice is built for job seekers who have been invited to a recorded HireVue interview and want to rehearse the format first. It recreates the one-take setup: a short preparation window, a visible countdown, and a fixed answer time with no interviewer on the call.

After a run, the product gives a score for the whole session and for each answer, names the strongest and weakest response, and provides a transcript. Users can also check their answers against a structured-answer checklist. Questions can be tailored by firm and role, using employer-specific question banks where available, or general questions otherwise.

What sets it apart is its focus on the recorded format itself rather than general interview advice. The site also offers guides for individual employers and HireVue test types, and it states that it is independent and not affiliated with HireVue, Inc.
