Reqnix is recruiting software for the person who fills roles at a small employer or a small staffing agency, typically someone running hiring out of spreadsheets and an inbox. Its free tools calculate the true cost per hire, time to hire, pipeline conversion, agency fee break-even, weighted assessment scores and contingency fee exposure, with no account or card needed.

The paid plan, Reqnix Pro, keeps every requisition, applicant, interview and offer filed against the hiring desk with a stage, source and date, so hiring history can be looked up later. Pro also adds export, company branding on printed sheets and removes the watermark. It is priced at a flat monthly fee for the whole team.

Reqnix is not a full talent acquisition suite. It does not include a candidate sourcing database, nurture campaigns or careers-site building, and it is aimed at teams whose cost and conversion figures are currently unknown rather than at large recruiting departments.
