The free worksheets run in the browser with no account, card or sign-up needed. They focus on the arithmetic of a review rather than pay benchmarks or legal advice, and the site also shows published turnover figures from several statistical sources for context.

Ninebix Pro, priced at $10 per month for a whole team, keeps every person, rating, critical role and successor slate against a dated record. It adds PDF export without a watermark, company branding on the paperwork, and reminders for review and successor check-ins.
