HintGo is a customer feedback platform built for product teams that want to understand the reasons behind user answers, not just the answers themselves. It is aimed at product managers and teams working on activation, adoption, churn and roadmap decisions.

Instead of writing every survey question by hand, you describe what you want to learn, such as why users churn or where onboarding stalls. HintGo then generates and adapts clarifying questions in real time for each respondent, so every answer is followed up with a question that probes the reasoning behind it.
