About Feedjolt
Feedjolt is a feedback and public roadmap platform aimed at B2B SaaS teams that want to collect requests from customers and act on them. Feedback arrives from Slack, email, a website widget, a REST API and a public portal, then lands in one inbox where duplicate requests can be merged and ranked by votes.
The product covers the full loop from intake to release. Teams can sync requests with Linear, map Slack events to channels, connect a GitHub repository to get AI-drafted changelog entries, and notify voters when a request ships. A flat price per workspace is offered, so adding teammates does not raise the cost.
Feedjolt also includes an MCP server, so assistants such as Claude or Cursor can search, triage, merge and ship requests from inside the chat. Its main differentiator is the emphasis on duplicate handling and closing the loop with the people who asked.
