Facet
Courses, newsletter and memberships on your own domain
About Facet
Facet Cloud is a creator platform for people who want to publish, teach and sell from their own domain. It is aimed at photographers, coaches, teachers, podcasters and other creators who would otherwise juggle a website builder, course host, newsletter tool, community app and checkout.
Creators can build a portfolio, resume or blog, then add courses with quizzes, drip content and progress tracking. They can also send newsletters, run community spaces, and offer paid posts, memberships and coupons. Payments go to a Stripe account the creator owns, so buyers become the creator's own customers and the audience and data stay under the creator's control.
Plans start at $6 per month for a portfolio site. Studio and Creator tiers add selling, memberships and community features. Creator has a 0% platform fee, while Studio charges 3% capped at $99 per month. Stripe's own processing fees apply on every plan. The core software is also open source and available on GitHub.
