You post a job once and it is circulated to job boards, social channels, referral networks and your careers page. The platform then removes unqualified applicants, phone-screens the rest with an AI interviewer that speaks their language, and returns a ranked shortlist.

The AI does not read from a fixed script. It asks follow-up questions when answers are vague, scores each candidate on dimensions such as communication, role knowledge and problem solving, and flags answers that look coached. For technical roles it adds structured questions, a live code editor and a full recording. Each score links to a moment in the call, so reviewers can check the evidence before scheduling final rounds.
