About AttendList
AttendList is built for teachers, trainers, managers and other professionals who need a reliable record of who showed up to their Google Meet meetings. Once it is connected to a Google account and the meetings to track are chosen, it records when each person joins, leaves and rejoins, along with how long they stay, without roll calls or spreadsheets for participants.
The reports are organised and ready to review, share or export as PDF, CSV or Excel. Recurring sessions can be grouped to show attendance across a course or series of classes, and attendance certificates can be issued in bulk from the records already collected.
What sets it apart is that tracking runs in the background of the meeting itself, and reports can be saved automatically to Google Drive or Sheets. A free tier covers occasional meetings, while the Pro plan adds unlimited reports, full history and team features.
