The product keeps a weekly timetable that links each pupil to their teacher for the whole term, so a change of teacher or room is made once rather than messaged to every family. Each lesson is marked as taught, missed or made up on the day, and term invoices are built from the lessons actually taught at the rate on the pupil's record.

Its main difference from a general booking tool is that it models a term of recurring lessons and a pupil register rather than separate appointments.
