Ybug is built for teams that need clear feedback on websites and web apps. Users annotate screenshots and leave comments directly on a live site, and each report arrives with browser, OS, screen size, URL and console logs so developers can reproduce issues without chasing details.
The tool suits freelancers, agencies, product teams, QA testers and startups. Setup is a single snippet, a CMS plugin or a browser extension, and it does not require coding. Reports can be sent to Jira, Asana, Slack, ClickUp, GitHub and other tools, and replies and resolution notices can be sent to users from the dashboard.
What sets it apart is the option to connect an AI assistant. Through its MCP server, Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can read reports, spot duplicates and look for causes in a code repository. The MCP server is included on every paid plan with no separate AI credits.
