About LazySkills

LazySkills is a terminal interface for developers who use coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Codex CLI and GitHub Copilot. It gathers project, global, universal and agent-specific skills into a single screen, grouped by where they came from, so you can see what is installed and which agents can actually use each skill.

The tool checks for common problems, including missing SKILL.md files, invalid frontmatter, broken symlinks, missing lock entries and ghost agent skills. Before anything runs, you can preview metadata, rendered skill content and the exact command about to execute. Actions such as reinstall, update, remove, prune orphaned locks and bulk operations ask for confirmation. You can also search the skills.sh registry from inside the app and install to project or global scope, or scan local checkouts and GitHub sources for skills you have not yet installed.

A JSON mode lets agents run commands like find and scan without opening the interface. It installs through curl, Homebrew, Go or PowerShell on macOS, Linux and Windows, and is MIT licensed.
