About WorkWomp
WorkWomp is a job comparison tool for people weighing roles they are applying to or offers they have already received. Users first answer a short values quiz covering things like salary, remote work and growth, then add postings, interview notes and offers to one place.
Each opportunity receives a score against the user's profile, broken down by category so it is clear why a role ranked where it did. The weighting reflects the user's priorities, while the underlying math stays the same for everyone. Interview notes feed into the score, so the comparison reflects what was actually observed rather than only what a posting promised.
The site is open about the limits of AI. It uses AI to summarize and compare, and says it does not claim to know things it cannot know, such as what a future manager will be like. A free job feed is also available without signup.
