Check if one YouTube comment ID is publicly retrievable

About Signal
Signal is a free, read-only checker for people who want to know whether a single YouTube comment can be found through YouTube's public API. It is aimed at creators and commenters who suspect a comment is hidden and want a quick test without signing in to their channel.
You paste a comment link or the bare comment ID, accept the terms, and the tool queries the public API for that one comment. Only the comment ID is sent to Google; the video ID and other URL parameters are discarded. The tool does not fetch comment text, author details or channel history.
The site is clear about what a result means. A returned comment confirms public API retrieval at that moment, while a missing result does not prove a channel-wide shadowban. Moderation, account restrictions and recommendations are not inspected, and optional aggregate statistics can be turned off.
