It learns from your site pages, uploaded files and connected Notion or Google Drive content, then answers visitors using that information and cites the page behind each reply.
Beyond answering, it qualifies visitors by asking your own questions, captures name, email and phone details, and can book real slots from your calendar. Leads can be sent to Slack, HubSpot or email, and conversations can be handed to a human on your team who can take over any chat from the inbox. It replies in the visitor's language and says so when it does not know an answer, so logged gaps can be fixed.
Setup is done by pasting a URL and adding one line of script or the WordPress plugin. A free plan with 100 messages per month is offered, with paid-plan limits described on the pricing page.
