About PortForm
PortForm is built for founders and developers who have a website form but no server to receive it. Point an HTML form's action at PortForm and each submission is stored, checked for spam, and emailed to you, with a dashboard to review the history.
The product handles the work that normally sits behind a form: saving the record first, filtering bots with a hidden honeypot field and disposable-address checks, and retrying integration deliveries such as Slack, Google Sheets or webhooks when they fail. Submissions that cannot be delivered are flagged rather than dropped.
A free tier allows 300 submissions every rolling 30 days, with paid Pro and Team plans for higher volumes, file uploads and more destinations. An MCP server lets coding agents create forms and read submissions with a workspace token.
