OfferStream is an AI service for job seekers who want to automate their job search on hh.ru and other job boards. It finds vacancies that match a resume, scores each one before applying, and sends applications with a personalized cover letter written for that role. It can also answer recruiters in platform chats and forward interview invitations to the user's dashboard and Telegram.

The service is aimed at people in IT, such as developers, analysts, product managers and designers, as well as those in marketing, sales, finance and logistics. Students and career changers can use it too, since it helps build a resume and applies on their behalf even without much experience. Users set filters for salary, keywords, exclusions and a minimum match score, so only suitable listings get applications.

What sets it apart is that the search runs on the company's cloud servers, so applications keep going out after the browser is closed. Sign-in uses the job board's official OAuth flow and the user's password is never shared with the service.
