About Mycel

Mycel is built for owner-led service firms such as bookkeeping practices, marketing agencies, consultancies and accounting firms. It takes on the recurring work a firm already does for its clients, such as monthly reports, closes and follow-ups, and produces it in the firm's own format and according to rules the team sets. Firms start with one job by describing the work, adding client files and, if available, a past example they have accepted.

Each deliverable is checked before it reaches a reviewer, and nothing is sent to a client until the owner approves it. Accepted work can be invoiced with a payment link, and late invoices receive reminders written in the firm's voice. Corrections made once are saved as rules for that client, so later work follows the same method.

Mycel also connects to tools firms already use, including QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot and Google Drive, and it can take requests through chat. Pricing starts at $19 per month on a trial basis, and the first client-work deliverable is free without a card.
