Lynxify.me is performance review software for HR managers, People Ops teams and people managers who want to run 360 feedback reviews without a long setup. A review starts by naming the employee, adding participants such as peers, a manager and a self-review, and building questionnaires from your own criteria.
Questionnaires can range from a few questions to a detailed multi-section form, with criteria grouped into categories. Participants answer on their own schedule, automatic reminders keep responses moving, and live progress tracking shows who has submitted.
When responses arrive, the report brings together strengths, weak areas, criteria insights and communication guidance in an AI summary, along with a radar chart that compares self-assessment against how peers and managers rated each competency. The site says it can be set up in under 10 minutes.
