Kloot is a control deck for streamers who use OBS overlays. It gives you one overlay link to paste into OBS as a browser source, then lets you trigger death counters, starting-soon and be-right-back screens, lower thirds, tickers, sponsor banners, sounds, confetti and giveaways with a single key press.

The deck can be run from a browser on your PC, from your phone, or from a mod's phone, so someone else on your team can fire effects while you play. Counters, screens and effects are each assigned to a key, and giveaways and polls run through a link viewers open on their phones rather than through chat.

Kloot positions itself as a lighter alternative to stacking many overlay sources in a scene. It offers a free tier with one counter and limited giveaways, plus paid Pro and one-off event options for larger streams. The site states that it does not read your game or chat, and that a Stream Deck plugin is available for Pro users.
